How to become a volunteer of 3H Craftworks

Volunteers are the backbone of 3H Craftworks. If you are good at cutting fabrics, have any knowledge of sewing and using patterns are creative and like to work with other eager volunteers, we need you. Call our volunteer coordinator and make an appointment to come in and see our workshop that is attached to our store on West 4th Ave. The coordinator will show you around and explain how we put our kits together for our clients. You can offer your time for a couple of hours a week, a day or whatever time you have. Volunteer hours are from Monday – Friday 10am – 6 pm.

If cutting fabric is not your thing, and you have retail experience, we also need volunteers to work in our store and to work at our outside craft shows around town throughout the year.

We need volunteers with good organizing skill, like sorting alphabetically, computer work, window design and more when needed.

Meet new people, practice English and get creative.

Unfortunately our volunteer program is not for clients with disabilities because we don’t have the staff to help and our workshop tables are too high.
